A Handful of Hearts

Today’s Daily Create assignment was to “Make creative hands” through a drawing or other art on paper, based on the examples shown on the Creative Hands Project website. I decided to complete this DC because I knew that I would be working with Valentine’s Day supplies today and figured that there would be an interesting way to create a hand with all of the materials. I also felt that a hand heart was appropriate for the time of year. I constructed the DC from foam hearts and a lace heart placed on construction paper. The bright colors were used to contrast today’s cloudy day and to make people happy when looking at it.
